Responsibilities:

As an E-commerce Assistant, your primary responsibilities will be:

  1. Listing products on various e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Vendoo, eBay, Etsy, etc.
  2. Updating accurate product shipping information.
  3. Assisting in drafting the shipping policy.
  4. Writing detailed and engaging product descriptions.
  5. Adjusting product pricing based on market competition while ensuring profitability.
  6. Editing product photos and creating media images as needed.
  7. Assisting with customer service and providing a positive customer experience.
  8. Proactively checking and ensuring the smooth operation of all online store functionalities.

Experience:

A strong command of English is mandatory. Prior experience in e-commerce, online sales, or a related field is preferred. Still, enthusiastic freshers passionate about selling products in the U.S. market are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of the e-commerce platforms mentioned is an advantage.

Training:

We will provide complete training and resources to assist you in your role.

Location:

This is a remote position with flexible working hours. You’re expected to maintain a timesheet to keep track of your working hours.

Technical Requirements:

A reliable computer is essential for this role. The ability to conduct online meetings and use common digital platforms is also required.

Payment:

The payment structure will be hourly for at least 30 hours a month. Once you can work independently, you should increase your hours. Thus manage more products.  

Please note that in this role, having a passion for selling a mix of new, used, and liquidation products in the U.S. market is crucial.
